HomeTrainee 2018Ľubomír Klimek

Where do I come from?:

As the only trainee I come from Slovakia, namely from the fourth biggest Slovak city, Žilina (Central Slovakia).

Something about me…. (study, existing practice):

I studied at the Hlinská 29 Grammar School, with an intensive learning of the German language, where the lessons were partly under the guidance of a German lecturer. Subsequently I was admitted to the Brno University of Technology to the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. During my Bachelor's degree studies, I graduated from the Fundamentals of Mechanical Engineering. After that I studied and graduated in Mechanical Engineering Design. During my studies, I worked as an assistant designer at the ABB company in 2017. In January 2018, I joined Honeywell as a support technician. There I set up and maintained a 3D print process using FDM / FFF technology.

What do I do in my free time?:

My greatest interest is cars and everything that has to do with them, new technologies used in automotive and vintage and rare, exceptional cars. The sport activities I am interested in are mountain biking and hiking.

Why did I choose to join the TRAINEE program?:

I like the great variety that is offered in this trainee program. During the program, I will familiarize myself with several departments. I hope to go deeper into the processes at WITTE. It is also a great advantage to have a short-term test of the position before the start of a full time job. Personally, I consider myself a person who does not stop learning after finishing school but I want to continue learning and the trainee program fosters this initiative.

What can I offer WITTE?:

A young, hard-working man who wants to work and learn.

When I hear the word WITTE, I imagine...:

Stability, development, education, possibilities.

A good working day for me starts ...:

Early morning shower, a good cup of coffee and light breakfast.

What is my motto?:

"I did not get anything easily. Everything costs me hard work. Do not look for easy ways. Those are sought after by many people that cannot come out of anywhere. " Tomáš Baťa Personally, I do not have a specific motto but I think that this one describes my way of thinking.

What dream would I like to fulfil?:

Like most young people, I want to start traveling and exploring new countries. Everything else I have long desired for, I have already achieved.
