Where do you come from?:

I come from Žatec, which is in the Ústí nad Labem region.

What is your education?:

After completing grammar school in Žatec, I graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at UWB in Pilsen. I have completed my diploma thesis on risk analysis in the automotive industry, thanks to the cooperation of WITTE Autmotive. I received an Engineer degree.

Why did you choose to join the WITTE TRAINEE program?:

I first applied for the position of the FMEA moderator. However, as a graduate, I was offered the possibility of the TRAINEE program as a good start in WITTE. So I decided to go with it.

How do you like the WITTE TRAINEE program? Would you recommend it to future graduates?:

The idea of the WITTE TRAINEE program is great, I would definitely recommend it. It is a good opportunity to learn the differences between departments. Test multiple jobs and choose a specific position. Such an opportunity within WITTE Automotive is not likely to be offered to us once we have completed the program.

What departments will you go through during your WITTE TRAINEE rotation?:

Testing, Industrialization, Development Quality, Serial Quality.

What is most interesting thing to you in WITTE?:

I like the flexible working hours, the possibility of home office for some employees, the manned system for arrivals and departures, the cafeteria in the company, the company masseuse, etc. For most WITTE Automotive employees, this is probably a matter of fact, but there are companies that do not offer these extra benefits.

What WITTE experience do you value?:

I appreciate the diverse experience gained during the TRAINEE program rotation. It's an experience that many employees do not get in other work positions.

What do you do in your free time?:

Recently, there is not much of it. I'm trying to read books, I go for a run, and sometimes I try and cook something for myself.
